Travelscapes Co LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Travelscapes Co”) provides the services described on this website. This Refund Policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all bookings made through Travelscapes Co. By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.


1. General Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the specific cancellation policy of the tour, activity, attraction, hotel, or service booked. Customers are required to review the cancellation terms displayed at the time of booking before proceeding with payment.

2. Cancellations by Customer
  • Each product or service has its own cancellation terms
  • Some services may be non-refundable
  • Tourist visa fees are non-refundable once payment is completed
For combo packages:
  • If one service within a combo is cancelled, the combo pricing becomes void
  • Individual pricing will apply to completed services
  • Any applicable balance will be refunded after adjustment
3. No-Show Policy
Failure to appear for a confirmed service will be treated as a no-show and will result in no refund, either partial or full. This includes:
  • Tours and attractions
  • Airport transfers
  • Chauffeur-driven services
  • Car rentals
  • Unused tickets
Rescheduling is not permitted for no-show bookings.

4. Supplier-Driven Cancellations
If a service is cancelled by the supplier due to operational issues, weather conditions, or force majeure events, Travelscapes Co will offer:
  • A suitable alternative of comparable value (subject to availability), or
  • A refund as per the supplier’s policy
Travelscapes Co shall not be liable for additional compensation beyond the refunded amount.

5. Refund Processing Timelines
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary depending on the card issuer
  • Transaction fees, service charges, or non-refundable costs may be deducted from the refunded amount
6. Force Majeure
No refunds shall be provided for cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics
  • Airline disruptions
  • Border closures
7. Currency & Bank Charges
Any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or gateway fees imposed by the customer’s bank are non-refundable and outside the control of Travelscapes Co.

8. Dispute Resolution
Refund-related disputes must be raised in writing with relevant booking details. Refund decisions made in accordance with published policies and supplier terms shall be final.

9. Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
