How to Redeem
After booking, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your ticket.
Bring the printed ticket or mobile version to exchange for your physical ticket at the park.
Important Information
During peak periods, the Jumeirah guest queue closes 45 minutes before park closing.
No refunds for unused or partially used services.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Outside food, beverages, or alcohol are not permitted.
Enter pools and attractions feet first; diving is prohibited.
Eating, drinking, and smoking inside transfer vehicles is not allowed.
The service provider is not responsible if any attraction is unavailable due to technical issues.
Ladies Night: Every Friday, 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM. General admission tickets are not valid. Event is exclusive for ladies; tickets must be purchased via official channels.
