After registration, you will receive the Aquaventure QR Code Ticket via email — entry is only allowed with this QR code. Keep it ready on your device or bring a printed copy.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Guests must change into proper swimwear before entering water attractions.
No refunds are provided for unused or partially used services, or if entry is denied due to improper attire.
