How to Redeem

Check your mailbox and download the ticket.
Present the ticket at the venue for scanning to activate your pass.

Important Information

Please carry valid ID proof or passport during the activity.
The pass is valid for one person, for the same day only.
Each ride or game can be accessed only once per person.
Digital Gate Card fee is AED 5 per visitor, non-negotiable.
Standard age, height, and weight restrictions apply for each attraction. Minimum height for adults: 120 cm; children: under 120 cm.
Children must always be accompanied by an adult or guardian. Entry may be denied for safety reasons if children are unaccompanied.
Arrive 10–30 minutes before your scheduled time, depending on booking.
Last entry is at 10:00 PM.
Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside the park and in vehicles used for transfers.
