These terms apply to all bookings made through our website and associated platforms. We recommend that you carefully review these terms before confirming your booking.
1. Pricing
Travelscapes Co strives to offer competitive and transparent pricing along with the convenience of online reservations. Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted on our website are on a per person basis.
Prices do not include:
- Tips to tour guides or drivers
- Passport and visa fees
- Travel insurance
- Meals, beverages, or refreshments unless specified
- Accommodation, room service, or laundry services
All published prices are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as increases in airline fares, hotel tariffs, fuel costs, or transportation charges.
2. Methods of Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. By providing your card details, you authorize Travelscapes Co to charge the total booking amount to your card. The transaction will appear as a charge on your card statement.
3. Confirmation of Payment
Upon successful payment, a booking confirmation voucher will be sent to your registered email address. This voucher serves as proof of payment and must be presented to the service provider to redeem your booked service.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all travel details provided at the time of booking are accurate. Travelscapes Co shall not be liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
4.1 Cancellation
Each tour, activity, attraction, hotel, or service has its own cancellation policy. Customers are required to carefully review the cancellation terms applicable to the selected service before booking.
Combo tours may be cancelled; however, if one service within a combo is cancelled, the combo offer becomes void. In such cases, Travelscapes Co will apply individual tour pricing for the non-cancelled services and refund the balance, if applicable.
Tourist visa fees are non-refundable once payment has been completed.
Customers must ensure that all selected options within a combo package are available at the time of booking. If certain options are unavailable, only the confirmed services listed in the booking will be provided.
4.2 No-Show
Failure to appear for a scheduled tour or service will result in no refund, either partial or full. This policy also applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, airport transfers, car rentals, and chauffeur-driven services. Rescheduling is not permitted for confirmed bookings in the event of a no-show.
5. Cancellation Procedure
Before requesting a cancellation, customers are advised to carefully review the applicable cancellation policy. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Travelscapes Co. Upon receipt of the request, we will confirm the cancellation and advise any applicable charges via email, phone, or other communication channels. Travelscapes Co shall not be responsible for cancellations that are not received in writing or not formally confirmed by us.
6. Itinerary Amendments
Tour routes, schedules, and services are subject to change due to local conditions, weather, airline schedules, or other operational factors. Where possible, suitable alternatives of comparable value will be offered, subject to availability. Any major changes will be communicated prior to departure. Travelscapes Co reserves the right to make minor itinerary adjustments at any time without compensation.
No refunds shall be provided in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or government restrictions.
7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-In / Check-Out
If the selected hotel is unavailable, Travelscapes Co will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternative accommodation of similar standard and budget.
Hotel check-in and check-out times are governed by the individual hotel’s policy. Travelscapes Co is not responsible for early or late check-in/check-out requests that cannot be accommodated by the hotel.
8. Travel Insurance
Travelscapes Co shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, accident, delay, or cancellation arising during travel, including loss of personal belongings. Customers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
9. Travel Documents
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure possession of valid travel documents, including passport, visa, identification, and health certificates where required. No refunds will be issued for failure to carry valid documents. Travelers are advised to consult their respective embassy or consulate for updated visa, entry, and health requirements prior to travel.
10. Website Usage, Images & Intellectual Property
All content published on this website, including but not limited to text, branding, layout, tour descriptions, pricing information, and original design elements, are the property of Travelscapes Co unless otherwise stated.
Certain images, videos, and media assets displayed on this website are used under license, permission, or authorization from third-party sources, including official tourism authorities, attraction operators, and destination partners, such as the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), and Pexels.
